Day at the Speedway
Wed. December 9| 10:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Indianapolis Motor Speedway
For racers around the world, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway stands as the most legendary arena for the great sport of auto racing!
On Wednesday, the day before the Trade Show exhibits open, spend a memorable day at legendary Indianapolis Motor Speedway for an all-inclusive ticket price of $60.
At the Speedway, you’ll be welcomed by a knowledgeable Hall of Fame Museum staff member who will serve as host and provide tour participants with a narrated historical journey through the decades at the “Racing Capitol of the World,” along with visits to notable IMS landmarks that normally are only open to officials, drivers and teams during events.
Enthusiasts will enjoy a ride around the famed 2.5-mile IMS oval. Grounds Tour guests will visit the timing-and-scoring suite in the Pagoda, the media center, victory podium, Gasoline Alley garage area, and the world-famous “Yard of Bricks” at the start/finish line.
Conveniently located next to the track, guests will be served lunch at the Brickyard Crossing restaurant at noon on the day of the event.
Then, it’s back to the Speedway to spend quality time in the Hall of Fame Museum. You’ll view 75 vehicles on display, including the Marmon Wasp, which won the inaugural Indianapolis 500 in 1911, with Ray Harrow at the wheel. You’ll also see close up the famed Borg-Warner Trophy, which honors the winner of each Indy 500.
If you never had the pleasure of experiencing the Speedway before, you are in for a treat! You do NOT want to miss such a memorable event!
A PRI shuttle bus will pick you up at the Indiana Convention Center on Maryland Street entrance (across from the Westin Hotel) at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 9th. It’s the day before the exhibits open for the annual PRI Trade Show.
Your ticket price of $60 includes transportation to and from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Grounds Tour, lunch at the Brickyard Crossing, and admission to the Hall of Fame Museum.
You will receive a confirmation after purchasing your tickets. Please bring your confirmation with you to the tour. The names of attendees who have purchased tickets will be given wrist bands for admission to the track and museum.
